About

Established in 1958, the Dutch Club Abel Tasman is a vibrant social and cultural hub for the Dutch-Australian community and beyond.

Operating as a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation, it hosts a wide range of events—from live music nights at its Carnegie Hall venue to traditional Dutch celebrations, community gatherings and private function hire.

While its roots lie in bringing together Dutch migrants, the club welcomes all nationalities and offers its facilities for concerts, band nights, social clubs and local functions.

Whether you’re looking to join a cultural community, attend a live music event or hire a unique venue, the Dutch Club offers a warm, inclusive space steeped in history and local character.
